Portfolio
Smalltalk Designs is a Design & Manufacturing Partner
rooted in the belief that style should be timeless,
intentional, and mindful. Born from a vision to blend
elevated design with responsible craftsmanship,
Smalltalk Designs creates collections that transcend
trends — offering pieces that are not only beautiful
but built to last.
At the heart of Smalltalk Designs lies a commitment to
sustainability. Every garment is thoughtfully designed
using conscious materials and ethical practices,
ensuring each piece contributes to a greener future
without compromising on quality or aesthetic. From
finely tailored silhouettes to relaxed staples, Smalltalk
Design’s offerings reflect a balance of elegance, ease,
and enduring appeal.
We encourage mindful consumption, celebrate
individuality, and honor the planet. Our creations are
for those who choose luxury with purpose: fashion that
feels as meaningful as it looks.
Design beyond trends.
Luxury beyond excess.
Who we are?
OUR STORY
Smalltalk Designs began as a shared idea between
two friends, a quiet design experiment rooted in a
simple question: Can fashion feel magical without
costing the planet?
What started as late-night conversations and small
design trials slowly evolved into a sustainable
design studio — a space where materials were
questioned, processes were challenged, and every
piece was created with intention. Early on, the
founders committed to sustainability not as a
feature, but as a foundation — choosing
responsible fabrics, ethical production, and
timeless silhouettes over fast trends.
Our first pieces were never meant for mass release.
They were created as expressions of a philosophy
— mindful luxury, designed to last. But as these
designs were shared within a small circle, the
response was immediate. There was a clear
appetite for fashion that felt elevated, honest, and
conscious.
After months of refining the brand’s direction,
Smalltalk Design was formally born. Not as just
another fashion label, but as a movement toward
thoughtful design, quiet confidence, and
sustainable elegance.
To shape a quieter, more thoughtful
future for fashion; where beauty is
measured by integrity, not noise.
VISION
To design and produce apparel that
balances aesthetic refinement, material
responsibility, and operational reliability.
MISSION
DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
1.
Timeless Craft, Purposeful Pieces
Smalltalk Designs pieces aren’t made for fleeting trends, they are created to be wardrobe staples. From
structured cotton balloon pants to relaxed bamboo linen co-ord set and refined hemp herringbone co-
ord set, each silhouette is meant to be worn season after season, not only because it looks good, but
because it feels right. This is intentional design in action — every piece has a purpose, not just a
moment.
2.
Sustainability at Its Core
We reject disposable fashion. Our collection whether it’s our breathable hemp co-ord set or our bamboo
linen co-ord set, is built around responsible materials and mindful construction. Sustainability isn’t an
aesthetic; it’s the reason we choose fabrics like hemp, bamboo linen, and conscious cotton over wasteful
synthetics.
3.
Quiet Luxury in Everyday Wear
Luxury for us isn’t loud branding, it’s how a garment moves with you, feels against your skin, and stands
the test of time. Whether it’s the softness of our mesh sweatshirt or the weight and structure of our
arctic eclipse cotton denim pants, the experience of wearing Smalltalk Design should feel effortless yet
refined.
4.
Thoughtful Storytelling Through Design
Many of our pieces like the handcrafted patchwork shirt or the expressive tiger shirt are rooted in
creativity and craft, reinterpreted for contemporary lifestyles. We celebrate artistry while anchoring it in
everyday wearability, making each piece both expressive and functional.
5.
Function Meets Conscious Fashion
From the relaxed ease of cotton balloon pants to the versatility of our hemp co-ord set, Smalltalk Design
pieces are designed to work with your life, not against it. Clothes should empower movement, comfort,
and confidence all while being responsibly made.

THE FOUNDERS
PARV DAHIYA
DIVYAM JANGID
Smalltalk Designs began as a shared belief between two friends; that fashion could be beautiful
without being wasteful, and meaningful without being loud.
We started Smalltalk Designs to create clothing we ourselves were searching for, pieces that
felt elevated yet effortless, thoughtfully made, and designed to last. Sustainability wasn’t a
feature we added later, it was the reason we began. Every decision, from fabric choice to
silhouette, is guided by our desire to create fashion that respects both the wearer and the
world.
Smalltalk Designs is our way of inviting you into a more mindful relationship with what you
wear. One built on intention, quality, and quiet confidence.
Thank you for being part of this journey with us.

QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCESS
Quality control is embedded throughout the production cycle rather than being treated as a final
step:
Inline inspections at every critical stage of production.
Dedicated quality analysts monitoring workmanship, measurements, and finishing.
Final audit before packing and shipment.
Continuous training of staff to stay aligned with evolving international quality standards.
This process is designed to minimise defects, ensure consistency across batches, and deliver
products that meet premium market expectations.
Smalltalk Designs acts as the design, product development, and quality direction layer, while ENL
Enterprises functions as the production and operational backbone. All materials, fits, finishes, and
quality standards are defined and approved by Smalltalk Designs before production begins.
This structure allows us to offer:
High design sensitivity
Reliable scale and delivery
Ethical and sustainable production
Export-ready operational systems
In other words, brands working with Smalltalk Designs receive both a creative partner and a
dependable manufacturing platform, without having to manage the complexity themselves.
